NIBT TECHNOLOGY FEST 2017 KICKS OFF WITH A GREAT POMP
NIBT aka National Institute of Building Technology, Nashik recently celebrated a resplendent event to felicitate all the office employees especially the employees who have completed their training and got placed with us. The event was fun-filled, full of excitement from the start. Hold your breath, we are taking you on a mesmerizing ride of a dazzling yet educative NIBT tech fest 2017, have a leisurely stroll!
As the sun spread his arms to embrace the world, NIBTians gathered in the office with energetic vibes all over. Special printed t-shirts were handover to each employee showcasing the unity and strength amongst us. Here are the quick clicks displaying the high-spirits of NIBTians.
A rally was spearheaded by our mentor cum founder of NIBT, Mr. Vivek Mogal Sir, who enthusiastically took part in the whole event. All the employees ride bikes till the venue. It was indeed an enjoying moment, terrific you can say!
As all the staff headed towards the majestic, lavish venue (G.P. Farms), they were pleasantly welcomed by the in-house welcome team. We had a quick group snap on the entrance, and we headed towards the delicious breakfast waiting to jump in our stomach 🙂
After a scrumptious breakfast, we were headed to the first interactive session of the day, wherein the students were about to share their success stories with NIBT, their learning experiences and also there was Live interaction with esteemed dignitaries who educated us with the valuable information.
Our mentors, Vivek Mogal sir, and his better half Mrs. Meena Mogal Ma’am felicitated the office staff for their outstanding work efforts towards the company in making NIBT’s presence all over the world.
We were having a gorgeous anchor, Shalaka Bhende who was a center of attraction because of her melodious voice and anchoring skills. She seamlessly and wonderfully took the program ahead without any flaws. I am pretty impressed with her skills 🙂

He is a renowned Financial Advisor and Mechanical Engineer by profession. He provided valuable guidance on investment options available for employees.
Mr. Shashank Joshi, HR Manager
A Top-notch HR Personality briefed us with various HR policies and relevant information regarding the corporate issue in HR and ways to handle them.
Mrs. Sangeeta Patki, Nutritionist
A dignified lady who provided us vital tips on health care and dietary regimens for working Men and Women.
Mr. Rajendra Gavali, EPF Executive
He provided us significant info on Provident Fund (PF) Policies applicable across organizations.
Mr. Vivek Yadav Sir presented vote of thanks.
By this time, our brains were filled with enormous, valuable tips, solutions and guidance. And now it is the time to fill our tummy, yes lunch break!
We were delighted to have delicious, spicy, flavorsome food to quench our hunger.
Now, it’s time for some exciting, happening things, Yes, the most awaited session of the day, The Cultural events! Each and every team, right from the Development team to the operations Department have participated in various cultural activities and entertain us showcasing their talents in singing, dance, drama, mimicry. We never know we have so much of hidden talents in-house, Wow, everyone was absolutely awesome!
